Mentors earn a percentage of ad revenue their Circle generates.

Mentors may learn new things from their Circle members.

A mentor’s tasks vary with the number of mentors active in a particular circle. When a circle has only one mentor, that mentor’s baseline tasks include writing a weekly blog related to the circle and answering forum questions within a day of posting.
